    Hi All,
    Read a thread recently saying that agents didn't generally make themselves known on the PT site, so thought I would change that! Been in Real Estate for two and a half years, so not bitter and twisted yet! I would agree that most agents don't know the first thing about +ve cashflow investing (I didn't until recently and still have a LOT to learn)and being based on the North Shore, we don't see a lot of +ve cashflow properties come along, but I'm happy to add any of you to my database and keep you up to speed with new listings. (And yes - I will present ANY offer to a vendor! )
    Also, always looking for listings if any of you ever need sell a property in the area.

        You definitely have an advantage in that you have access to the property sales database and get the latest info.

              Umm yeah, slight commercial twist there aye Heg.

              I thought Muppet may have given you a bit of a nudge on that one.

              I thought I had better point that out in case other agents read this as a 'green flag' to self promote.

                Had no idea I was doing wrong. Just happy to help if I can. Have noticed other people promote websites and books etc, so didn't realise self promotion was wrong. Do you want to flick me an email and explain the commercial thing?

                  Why dont you put your little piece of advertising in your signature. That way you can self promote and contribute without getting the two confused.
