Property valuer in Chch

[theFan]

Hi, can anyone recommend a valuer to provide a registered valuation for a residential property in Christchurch?

It's part of my due diligence - trying to make sure i didn't get ripped off...

Hi,
Anyone know a good valuer in CHCH for investment properties. Someone who is happy to have a 5 minute chat about cap rates etc

Thanks a lot, I am trying to find out some valuers that are accepted by all banks and not so conservative.

Can anybody please recommend to me a West Auckland registered valuer? I've got a house in Henderson that I need one for.
Thx.
