Default What's your opinion on this system?

Hi,

I recently came in contact with a money manager.
He is using a trading system that looks very profitable.
I am new in FOREX.

I would like to have some feedback from more experienced investors on this system.

I plan to invest in FOREX, maybe in this system or another and hope to gather in this forum some informations to base my investment decisions on.

Anyhow I would like to follow the results for a few more weeks.
I will post daily the results the money manager makes.

All comments and/or recommendations are welcome.

This are the results till now:

27 oktober 2008 the account started with 10 000$.
Now the balance is 15 705$ ( 57% ROI).
The float is minus 361 $

Hi Mill

most of the forex programs are pretty dodgy frm my understanding.

One that I know of that seems to be pretty cool though is the daniel code.

Trading currency is not an investment, it's a method of making money like trading shares, options or property.

Get good at it and you can make a lot of money but remember to also invest some of you wins.

Badger will be a good man for you to chat to about trading forex,

Just out of interest for those of you trading FOREX. What platforms/websites do you use to perform the actual trades, or hold your accounts with?

I don't trade forex but I believe the daniel code is working pretty well.
Something like 84% win ratio. Which is pretty damn good.

yep I know of the DC, infact spent a bit of time trying to get my head around it!

However, it's not a trading platform as such just a theory that you need to apply to your normal trades.

So where do people hold accounts to perform their trades? For example;

fxcm.com
forex.com
latitudefx.co.nz
oanda.com

Cheers

Ive had a couple currently at FXCM but the slippage with the charting system I use sucks...you get around it...

I personally have enough US dollars so FXCM was just an easy way to trade kiwi's

Trading FOREX is a tricky occupation...

The Daniel Code is a code of numbers that has a pattern like fibonacci numbers but older. Its not really for beginners from my perspective but theres nothing stopping anyone having a crack...but even with 6 years of trading on and off under my belt it took a bit of fathoming out to fit my style...
