Easy just to be in denial when NZs economy is tied to China which is not popular due to multiple recent events in the world.

We are looking at potentially 25% unemployment.

Yep people are just going to have SO much money to prop up one trick pony investors locked into the property market.

Strap yourselves in and lets see if this will suck the J Key property market inflation circa 2008 of about 40%. The only other way will be via gst. Which wont be happening as people with no jobs will just be holding on to their homes best they can.
