Hi all,
Something I've been thinking about lately is whether the RM property academy is now redundant?
After all, RM are now advertising Dean Leftus' Lease Options Workshop. Claims made in that advertsing include:
So why would one spend $3500 to attend the academy when, for $1500, one can apparently learn a "better way to invest" that will render the strategies taught at the academy redundant? Presumably one doesn't need to go to the academy first, in order to understand LOs. After all, it doesn't matter if you have zero properties - the LO course will teach you the one strategy you need to know.
So, either (a) RM's academy is redundant, or (b) the advertising for the LO course overstates the power of LOs. Which is it?
Paul.

This strategy is for everyone - It doesn't matter if you have zero or a hundred properties - I'll show you a better way to invest…
Once you understand the power of lease options you will never buy or sell real estate the conventional way again.
