Yesterday while one of our rentals was empty I fitted an automatic washing machine bypass in the wash house.
This will save the tub from overflowing when the plug hole is blocked with clothes etc when the washing machine is being used.
Mother-in-law had one fitted last year at a cost of about $150.
My cost was $23 for parts from Mico Plumbing and about an hours time spent fitting them.
