    Default Renovation project in Christchurch

    I am looking for a renovation project in Christchurch. If anyone has such a project they want to sell please PM me. Thanks. Crusader.

    There's one on trade me (can't do a link 'cause work won't let us look at trade me any more). It's in Phillipstown, someone has started a reno and then given up halfway. Looks like they've gutted it and done the outside, but not really started the inside... might be worth a look and a low offer... I would but my hands are full of renovating at the moment. If you do a search on trademe for houses for sale in philliptown you should find it.

    Hey buddy , watch out on this one has been in this state for over two years i was advised against it as walls are warped

    Thanks, Shanenz and Ivanhoe for your good advice. I have arranged to look at it when I arrive in ChCh tomorrow night and will look at as many other properties as I can whilst there for weekend.

    Do you know why the walls are warped? Is it a problem with the foundations, or with moisture?

    hey superdad , they are warped because two years ago some genius took out all the internal walls and everything else on the inside in the hope of converting it into two x two bedroom flats and has been a shell ever since
