Wellington Property Investors Assn - Last membership mtg for 2006
Our last membership meeting on Monday 27 November is the last for 2006 will conclude with 2 speakers.
The first speaker is a mystery speaker and member of our Association. He will give a personal step by step guide on how to build up a property portfolio. He will also tell how he got started through to running the portfolio he has today.
The second speaker is Allan Johnson from Your Property Matters Ltd speaking on Body Corporates. Allan will advise on what should you know about body corporates in order to safeguard your investment in unit titled properties?
The venue for our meetings is the National Library Auditorium, Molesworth Street, Thorndon. Meetings commence at 7.15 and there is a $10 non-membership fee.
Our 2007 meetings will commence again in February.
