Default Auckland Christmas Party - Wed 13 Dec - 5pm

Just thinking about an Auckland Christmas function.

A few PI's I am mentoring are meeting at Foxes bar at the Viaduct on Wed 13 Dec at 5pm.

Anyone else keen for a bit of networking?

Excellent, I am in principle keen In practise it depends on whether I am supposed to be doing anything else at the time, but I will at least be in Auckland.

    Cheers

I would be keen but it's my wife's birthday that day so its probably not "politically correct" if I bugger off to the pub with fellow PT'ers !!!!!!

    Thumbs up

Sounds as good a date as any - so I can be in AKL for the 13th Dec and I have left this thread's link in the other thread you started David (back in NZ) so we don't get confused about when we are meeting - in which city etc.

So it could be drinks at the Viaduct and then the meal somewhere - (Cube you want a meal don't you? Not sure about the champagne this time around.) What about that chocolate chilli place someone was mentioning?

    Cheers,

    Donna

Hey - its not my fault if you and Marc took too long to recover from the last function

Definitely a good idea to combine functions if at all possible, IMHO.

Yep agreed, so the 21st is now off for dinner and the 13th is now on for meeting up. If people want to do dinner afterwards I was suggesting what I think is now called Logos (Presuming it is still around I have been out of the country for a year and a half now!) which has those chocolate chilli cakes... Alternatively we could go somewhere a bit more local to the Viaduct, (Logos is in Ponsonby) any suggestions? Or should we make it up at the time. Wednesday nights are likely to be less busy so booking becomes less of a neccesity

    Cheers

    Donna and Marc
    Quentin and Helen?
    Glenn Bride
    Pipple21
    Ron HF

Well, "organised" is a strong word to apply to the previous dinner plan. Spoken about warmly as an idea would probably be more accurate.

Its probably David and Simone (I of course can't speak for my wife, just try and anticipate her every whim )

    Cheers David
