    Since I really did not get information, I decided to conduct some of my own research on shopping centre investments. Actually, I found out that investing in a trust share could be the ideal decision to make. This allows you to have partial hold of a piece of the entire investment

    You should never go into a commercial property as a sole investor because it can backfire and cause tremendous debt. In this economy, you have to be aware of everything that can go wrong, not just focus on profits.
