Rumour has it that KPI is to be merged with the magazine endorsed by the property investors federation and owned by Tarawera.
Well the offical docs from the liquidators are out and it seems Tarawera walked away from the deal. From the emails I'm getting David Hows must have held onto the database for his new venture. He's game - trying yet again to flog the same horse.
Wealth vs Health - why have both when you can gorge on one?
Well I heard on the rumour mill that the misguided owners of KPI gave the mailing list to NZP so there was no need or point in paying for something that had been given away. with skills like that little wonder KPI is no longer in business. Over the years that I had to put up with KPI mismanagement of their mailing / subscription list it was obvious they had management problems. At one stage I wrote to them and said they should be ashamed to be running an accounting system with so many errors and problems.
I feel sorry for the poor sods that they owed heaps of money to. The annoying thing is these types keep doing it to others.

They are not alone either - unfortunately most small businesses in NZ mis-manage their mailing lists and it all begins with the way they communicate via email.
The new anti-SPAM legislation (due in 2007) will ensure processes are in place for compliance.....this is why we created our ESP (email service provider) mobilize mail. It provides businesses and individuals with a quick and easy solution to being compliant (avoiding a hefty fine) and adds a more professional image for the business at the same time.
