seeking investor help

How do you find investors for properties to be developed? I've been all over the web and can only find access to properties for sale, not to investors looking to buy. Any help?

Hi

I reckon most developers (like Auckland Apartments) held property seminars.

"Investors" would attend and properties were sold off the plans.

umm maybe there is an opportunity in there somewhere.....

...a buyers database website!

I suppose it's the 'buyers advocates' or 'buyers agents' that have their own databases of 'property buyers' and as that is worth $$ to the Agents it's not readily available on the Internet...yet.
