Sub-division Waiheke

I'm after information on sub-dividing a property on Waiheke Island.
I'm guessing that a surveyor would be the correct person to talk to? Does anyone know any one up there? (I'm in CHCH...a bit out of the Auckland loop! )

You can get information from the Auckland city council district scheme.
If you PM me the adress or lot/dp no. I can look it up for you.
Waiheke has specific rules due to some sites being septic tanks and requiring larger
sites. (for soakage)
