The Remember Me function probably use 'cookies' to store that information on your computer. Your web browser might have cookies turned off. Check the web browsers settings to see if you have find a security or privacy setting which has cookies turned off.

Can you let us know if clearing the cookies works... I suspect it will... especially if you are using internet explorer, they get jammed from time to time.
