Hi Guys,
I am an aussie investor who is looking at investing in properties that yield around 12 to 15% on the South Island.
I currently have a Hybrid Trust set up in Australia, I am wondering if this is the best way to purchase in NZ? Or would I be better off setting up a new Hybrid Trust in NZ.
I am looking at purchasing several properties (for cashflow) - may sell 1 in the future if there is some good growth - see what happens!!
Another question in regards to finance, I will probably need to use a lo doc arrangement as I am highly geared (but with a fair amount available in my LOC) - so will probably purchase then refinance using that - is it better to use an Aus lender or an NZ one?
