Property Maintenance person in South Auckland?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a property maintenance 'jack of all trades' person I can rely on to do various work on my rentals in South Auckland?

Ideally this person could do a bit of everything:
- electrical
- plumbing
- painting
- fence building
- fix dodgy window/doors
- and other misc repairs

I am looking for someone that I can rely on, who will show up when promised, return calls as expected, perform good quality work. And ideally not charge me and arm and a leg! (Happy to pay a fair price though!)
