Hi there
I am at the beginning stages of the property investment game. I have not yet purchased my first IP however I have accumulated an investment fund ($30k cash) and have been busy gathering information and educating myself over the last 18 months on the subjects of wealth creation and the business of property investment. I am on a salary ($62k) and am quickly aware that the scope and possibilities of investment would open up if I collaborated with another investor. By combining individual strengths and factors of knowledge, finance, time, and drive it doesn't take much to see the synergy of these elements would create a stronger resourced, robust, faster growing and dynamic PI company than I could create by myself. Who's keen? Any potential investment partners interested in discussing things further please drop me a line. I am based in Auckland, and my strengths include having plenty of practical skills (I worked for a building firm for 2 years), I have a degree in architecture so that’s an obvious plus, and I have tons of motivation, focus and energy to sink my teeth into the action stage of creating a thriving and abundant property investment portfolio. I realize the market is currently slowing down, but believe there are plenty of opportunities if you think outside the square, search creatively and wisely for those undervalued properties and motivated vendors and look at adding value/bedrooms/dwellings etc. I'm in for the long haul and am keen to get on with creating a portfolio that will be in an pole position for when the next market boom begins to occur. I would be keen to hear if anyone has any suggestions of ways to hook up with potential business partners, or ways they use to network with like minded property investors etc. Any other useful feedback or suggestions please fire them my way.
Thanks and regards
