I'm interested to know of others experiences in how they have succeeded/failed in convincing an otherwise disinterested wife/spouse/parnter/other half etc to immerse themselves in the PI game.
My situation is that I'm trying to ramp up my PI activities and to that end have been reading heaps about self improvement, goal setting, PI etc. Last year I spent about $5k on courses and am involved in a mentoring group.
What I don't like about my situation is that I haven't been able to lure my wife (who I think is an awesome chick and will be able to add all sorts of value to the journey) into the game at all. I know that I will succeed in what I'm doing, but I'm sure I'd enjoy it a heck of a lot more and also be more successful faster, if we were both batting on the same team.
I've tried nagging, sweet talk, incentives (bribery), you name it. Still no involvement.
Anyway, I'd love to hear anyones thoughts on this.
Cheers,
Pete.
