I have been looking at properties in the lower price bracket 200k to 250k and there seems to be a lot of stock that investors are getting rid of, I can't help but think that this maybe the result of many mortgages coming off there fixed term this year.
If this is the case as purchasers are we likely to see more motivated vendors, I am ready to start looking at my next IP and just wanted to hear anyones thoughts on what they think will happen in the next 6 months or so.
