I have some tenants who are vacating and still owe me over $1200 in rent. There is a bond for $420 with TS. However, the tenants have already found a new place to rent and want me to consider the bond as part payment for rent even before they have moved out.
What I really want to know is how can (or do) Tenancy Services accept a new bond from them when they are in arrears on their previous agreement?
