Just out of interest that some of you who have bought properties from property finders, where the property might be somewhere 3 to 4 hours drive away, how do you guys do your due diligence when you couldn't actually "walk in" to the house? Could anyone wouldn't mine share some ideas?
This has puzzled me for a while.....
