Hello all,
An interesting thread has been started in the UK Section and I was wondering if the US was seeing the same thing.
Basically banks are lending out large sums of $$ to people who really cannot afford to managed the loan if a downturn in the economy happens.
In my humble and novice opinion it seems to be a waning sign that the banks foresee a downturn in the economy and are "making hay while the sun shines".
Cheers
Marc
