As I am tying this I realize that it also has a lot to do with the ability to reconcile who you dealing with-- to be honest I thought you were a bit older until I saw your photo in that article (mostly likely the way you come across in you articles and proper English of course- take it as a complement.
In matters of tax and properties experience counts as well.

What I cant stand about Facebook (specifically the big 40k+ members group) is that everything is so immediate, theres no permanence. The same question can be (and is) asked many many times each month, and only a tiny proportion of the group sees the responses. Vast amounts of wasted effort.
Whether I am trying to build my practice or just to help people with their issues, I hate that my contributions appear to be gone within a couple hours, buried under a pile of rubbish.AAT Accounting Services - Property Specialist - [email protected]

Hi Anthony,
I hear you and I know we need to up our game so to speak here on PropertyTalk so I am going to start a thread on how to improve PropertyTalk - as this site has been our baby for nearly 20 years and so in many ways it's personal. I will add the link to the new discussion in here. How do we improve PropertyTalk's forums?
cheers,

Thanks, Anthony. I missed it and am glad for this reminder. I might even bring some purchases forward and contribute to the recovery (I usually do the opposite when advertising pushes purchases too hard). The latest round of inspections shows some places could benefit from a ventilation system.
