Areas to avoid in Beach Haven/Birkdale

Hi all,

We are looking to buy in the Beach Haven/Birkdale area. What are some of the main areas/streets to avoid? We have read a lot about Hayman Place in Beach Haven but this is all from 5+ years ago, hoping it has improved since then?

You'll need to plug in an address for it to work, but further down the 'report' it generates it'll give you an entire map with total crime for each of the street blocks. You can use that to get a bit of a feel for areas that might not be that great (from a crime perspective at least
