Neighbours permission for cross lease

Hi Donna,

So we had a catch up with our neighbours and they are ok for us to build. Got it confirmed via email as well. Hoping that?s enough and we don?t have to involve them again?

Did you use the Auckland Council form? I recommend you do - so it's formalised and your neighbour can not retract their permission, on the premise that they did not understand what the development was etc.

Will definitely use that form once we get the concept plans ready so that we can provide more accurate details.. searching for a good architect now.

Yes , have seen that before but I am looking for someone in the forum who have used an architect recently, and find out about their experiences. Always good to have a reference
