Hi everyone,
I have a question. This is the first time I am filing this. Question number 18 in the IR3R Rental Income. The cost of building excluding cost of land. Does this mean I have to include the building cost including chattels and building fitouts or exculded. Can you please shed somelight on this. I understand there is no depreciation on building any more.
