    Default Concrete patio cost (approximately)

    Hi team,
Can someone please tell me what should i expect to pay for a 2 x 6 m patio with no earthworks required these days? I am in Wellington. is there a going sqm rate for concrete patios/walkways that i could bear in mind when reviewing prices? Thanks a lot.

I use this estimator tool: https://www.digwork.co.nz/estimate-calculator
Obviously prices vary by region and contractor, but this calculator from a Christchurch company will at least give you a rough guide with a variety of finishes such as exposed aggregate to choose from.
