I was wondering what would be considered an emerging market/potentially emerging market for commercial property in NZ over the next 1-2 years from now?
By emerging markets, I mean towns/cities in NZ that are projected to see good local job, population or industry growth.
Places like Auckland and Wellington will always show economic growth, but what about smaller cities and towns?
Looking forward to hearing what you guys think.
