    Default Great opportunities

Anyone buying up hotels and motels and successfully changed them to quarantine centres ?
It will be a lot cheaper and quicker than building from scratch.
It could be a great money spinner.
When the quarantine demand dies down it can be changed back to normal accommodation with possibility the motel has been fully paid off.

Good luck the government has probably already brought them.

I've been thinking the same thing. One risk I can see is the quarantine demand could be small and short-lived now that the country is closed, while normal accommodation demand may take much longer to come back. Nevertheless, definitely great opportunities to be had for people with knowledge and experience in operating hotels/motels.

I agree regarding the risk, though lock downs won't last forever. I actually predict an increase in domestic tourism - because lets face it, who wants to jump on a plane right now for an international holiday?
