    Control the things you can control, If these sheep vote Cindy back in that's fine, there going to be paying for it with massive inflation, massive rent,tax, food increases.

    You need to invest it's the only way to keep up with the hyperinflation.

    The sheep's offspring will be paying the stimulus debt back unless satan resets international debt..either way I win.

    I too have finance approved for one more property, no plan yet but will defiantly be buying something this year, I have all my property in Auckland including my PPOR. Before the virus was finding it near impossible to find anything near cashflow neutral in Auckland, when this lockdown started I immediately put my time and attention to focusing on buying more, I want to retire from this virus now, no longer interested in working for the man and I too want to secure my kids future. Will be using the nest few weeks to play cashflow with the kids to give them a real education, the schools/universities don't seem to teach anything, the rest of my time will be spent cultivating a plan to retire from this epidemic.

    Super exited and trying not to be fearful from all this propaganda.

    Yep everyone's position is different I like blue collar suburbs, I have my eye on a property in ChCh and 1 in South Auckland.
    Chch asking 479k finance at 3% interest only $14370 per year Rent is $470 pw $24,440 per year. Theres a shit load around in Chch.

    South Auckland 620k interest only at 3%$18600
    Rent is 580pw $30,160 per year.
    These 2 alone will put $200 pw in my pocket for more toilet paper.

    In 5 years those properties will double ...its going to get worse for first time home buyers...vote Labour they will save you with hugs and kindness..and end up being broke.

    Nathan on youtube suggested 0% interest rates, could that happen here?

    Forget to mention building is going to stop,so no more development projects the banks will finance projects that have already started then they will stop...were in a DEPRESSION were all BROKE!!!

    It's all apart of satan's chess game you just have to choose which side you want to play on.
