I don't find investing in shares scary..I don't find investing in property scary..I find realying on a salary scary.. especially when a virus is released into the world.
I retired in February at 45.
My work colleagues lost there jobs,or hour's.
My wealth increased as the year has moved on through lower interest rates, increasing property values,my stocks have increased 30% I wasn't expecting that... and this is only the beginning,I'm expecting inflation to be above 3% in 2022/2023...and asset price inflation to be above 12% per annum.

Our government is going to have so much debt from the virus it's going to be very difficult to increase interest rates without collapsing the economy.
They will reintroduce lvrs at some stage but I will have millions in equity so it won't worry me.

The scamdemic has been fantastic for the wealthy and devistating for the poor and middle class.

    The elites win again....

Last weekend I had a BBQ at the in-laws.I showed up in my hoodie and shorts rolling up in my 2003 Toyota
Corolla. On Monday I flew to Wellington to have meeting with one of my property managers.I showed up in a $3000 suit and a $130,000 Range rover.

This is why I want to leave NZ.

Labour and other left political parties represent the middle class, working class and the poor.
Socialist parties tax more and return it to there core voting base. This income eventually finds it's way to the rich or asset holders through increased rent, retail purchases, energy, real estate, consumer goods ..if you own shares or property expect your wealth to increase.

National and the right represent the middle class and wealthy.

Right leaning parties encourage businesses and the free market which causes economies to grow and eventually people spend more on travel, retail purchases, energy, consumer goods and real estate....If you own shares or property expect your wealth to grow.

Was there any difference to your wealth when Obama or Trump was in power?

Is there any difference to your wealth with Ardern or Key being in power?

The central banks control the world...and there board members are all apart of the 1% wealthiest people in the world.

So in short keep buying assets with as much debt as you can get your hands on. Ive just gone unconditional on my 4th property, paying me $200 per week to own it, my goal is to repeat with another hopefully before xmas. My initial plan is to replace my weekly wage so will need about 10 properties to do so. Hopefully i don't run out of time. All this was possible through leverage of my PPOR which has currently hit the roof.

Yes this has always puzzled me, but it is alive and well alright, I don't speak to my family anymore about investing, they just don't get it!

I was in Hanoi Vietnam last year and was chatting to a local in a bar ...his story resonates with NZ.

He told me they have a saying in there country, when they catch frogs (delicious )
They place them in bucket's, usually 20 or 30 frogs but...
One frog is always trying to escape the bucket.. however the rest of the frog's are trying to drag that 1 frog back down to be BBQ with the rest of the frog's.

Sounds like NZ in a nutshell.

I see the NZ herald is trying to sell me a monthly subscription for 10$ a month or 2.50$ per week.

Remember when you used to buy a newspaper for 1$.

Remember the crap they brainwashed you with and now mainstream media is trying to say the stuff I talk about is dangerous and misleading.

Please... mainstream media is dying or dead just like
