    the plans for a reclad are driven to a high standard and probabaly 20k to get plans and consent and 3-6mths to the time frame for project

    Then they all want shrink wrap because the elevations have to be exposed for so long to allow inspections for all elevations at the same time (add 10-20k) and we have even started work


    without consent needed, you can do wall by wall or elevation by elevation and move around building completing as you go with no holdups

    overcladding is the answer but has had council resistance that is slowly being overcome.
