Hi,
I plan to replace a detached old concrete block garage with a new cheapish garage, but a large one. Double + studio (artist + maybe gym). I'm thinking 6-7 x 10m approx.
Does anybody have any recommendations? I have requested assistance from TotalSpan and Versatile but not sure who else is good.
I will also need a new foundation. The garage is in a flood management zone so the levels will have to be raised approximately 800mm! What a pain. Hopefully this doesn't blow the budget entirely. I'm TC1 luckily.
