I have just purchased a 100sqm house in Hamilton.
1. How much should I budget for a laundry to bathroom conversion?
I will just be adding a standard box shower and a toilet and a paint, keeping the laundry tub, washing machine in etc.
What would the plumbing costs and consent costs be?
2. The water pressure is also pretty poor, including the outside taps. Any idea in identifying the issue and approx plumbing costs to fix? Would this need consent as well?
The house is a 1950s 3 bed brick.
