I have made more capital gains in the first 4 months of this year than a first time home buyer can save in 10 years.
Greed ...that's all there's no future charts, just good old fashioned human greed.

Wellington-the bureaucratic jobs will still be there today and next year when we are sick about hearing of the virus .
Christchurch-Jobs,agriculture, already low house prices.

Don't believe the media on there forecasts, they don't want to offend there liberal readers.
If you want some honesty and genuinely researched predictions read my posts..I know I seem arrogant and my wife tells me that all the time..
But atleast Im honest.
"And now a major takes a key home loan rate below 3%
Kiwibank launches a one year fixed mortgage '"
Kiwibank launches a one year fixed mortgage 'special' of 2.99% and is the first major lender to offer a home loan rate below 3%
"We had expected, obviously wrongly, that the main banks would be reluctant to go below 3% for mortgage rates leaving the minnows this space for some time. But that expectation is now out the window."

But at least I'm honest.
Neither is English and grammar. Or semantics. Or sentence construction.
The future may return to haunt you.
We'll see.

You my friend are what you would be called a hater, my haters are my biggest fans.
It's a reflection of your own insecurities in your life.

The content of what you say is more important than the package.
You seem like a smart interesting chap.
But, people being what they are, you could tidy up the language a little.
Language is a great gift.
Treating it with some respect is recommended.

Originally posted by Wayne View PostEasy to say, much harder to prove in a forum like this.
I, for one, don't just believe everything I read so why should I believe this?
Or is it that because you said it I should believe it?
Partly, though, lexical drift and lazy speech are to blame.
Many people use the word honest when what's really intended is something like: candid, forthright, blunt, frank, outspoken, or the like.
Especially the expression, "to be honest with you . . . "

All that can be done is to wait and see on the predictions.
