New large-lot subdivision near Hamilton/Cambridge?
Hi all,
We're on the hunt for a section to build on that's no more than a 30-min commute to Hamilton. We've been looking at lifestyle blocks, but they're probably a bit too much land for us, so we're thinking we'd prefer something in a large-lot subdivision. We've looked at the sections at the Pukekura subdivision and they're along the lines of what we'd like, though the ones we would have been most interested in there have already sold:
My question is - how do we find out about new developments like this when they're still in the early stages?
