Inventorylist for apartment or house

Are there any companies that do inventory lists for apartments or houses including photos, condition of appliances, appliances in property, general condition of the property etc before and after tenants move into the property?

Sadly property managers seem to do a fairly bad job of this in my experience, and I want an independent person to do this?

I do this for all my properties so I can prove the condition of the property at the begining of each tenancy and compare it to the end of the tenancy inspection. I also include serial # of all applicance in case of burglery etc. Depending on where your properties are located (I'm in CHC) happy to assist.
