    Default Engineer Recommendation for NBS assessment

    Has anyone used an engineer recently for NBS assessment that they recommend? I have a smaller commercial warehouse in Wellington. Thanks.

    Ask around talk to some local Commercial RE agents they will know etc have heard some engineer NBS reports being very tough LOW NBS Vs neighbouring properties of the same age from different engineer reports that give higher ground ratings etc
