1. Complaint from owner that the body corp has noted an Air B&B activity being conducted.
2. Notice to stop issued.
3. Notice was ignored on at least one occasion.
4. Tenancy had two court hearings, the last one ending in termination of the FTT on application of the tenant.
5. Third TT hearing awards $636.45 to the landlord/property manager compromising $20.44 application fee and $616.01 "account for profits"
6. Tenant pays $635.00
7. We thank the tenant and advise there is still $1.45 owing. Please pay as an attachment order will just cost them an extra $50.00
8. Tenant emails "I'd love to see just how tiny you can get"
9. Tenant pays another $1.00 leaving $0.45 owing on the debt.

What would you do?

The court order has been paid in full, plus tip.I see that you have decided to have an attachment order placed against my DSW payments. Good luck with that.

There was $0.45 owing. There was a payment of $0.55 made on Friday.
