Which suburb to recommend in East and South Auckland?
Hi, my partner and I are relocating to Auckland next year and we am looking to rent a 1 bedroom house/studio in East/South Auckland. In terms of safety and affordability, which area would you guys recommend? TIA
Botany Downs, specifically around the Highland Park area for East Auckland is excellent. For South Auckland, Flatbush and some parts of Manukau Heights.
You might have to get lucky to find a one bedroom , there are few available and many are for a single occupant only.
