Commercial property rates are very high

Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster.

I have a commercial property in Auckland and I've received my latest rates notice. Auckland council is valuing the property by maybe 300k to 500k more than what I think it's worth.

Is it possible to have this re-reviewed to have the valuation brought down? Unsure what to do here.
