Hi there
I'm interested in a house build in 2003 before the building act changed.
The external cladding is made with the bottom half of brick and the top half plasterboard.
Would there be a cavity in place behind the plasterboard?
If there were cracks between the joints of the plasterboard would water run down and out of the vents at the bottom of the brick?
Should I avoid this property?
Thanks
