Please excuse me if I am posting in the wrong place.
We currently rent an apartment on cross lease land, we are looking at buying it, we also have a caravan, we had been given permission from our landloard, but, then had ccc come over to tell us they had complaints from the nabs, but, the ccc also stated they had no issue with the caravan, although the nab still does, and has now stated they are going to lawyers, to have it removed, we went back to our landloard and asked for any documentation on the house which he sent us the title and the lim report, none if those have stated any provisions to the house, we are not sure where to go from here, or if anything is amiss to owning the caravan within the boundary of our house? We are in christchurch.
