Insulation Certification
Morning,
The previous owners of our rental had insulation installed in the ceiling and underfloor around 5-10 years ago but there's no info on the R-values on the install stickers, just dates. Due to a change in management the installers claim they have destroyed all records before a certain date so aren't able to provide us with any good info on what product was installed.
Are there companies out there that can measure and certify the level of insulation in the property? We're pretty confident it's up to scratch, but we would really like some kind of certificate or evidence before signing off the insulation statement.
Would appreciate any recommendations.
