Finding the owners name of house.

Can someone please help me find ownership details of property, I would like to know without purchasing online.

Check out www.linz.govt.nz.....register with them and then access their LINZ DATA SERVICE. A brilliant source of NZ property information.Owners and boundary layer will provide info. you are looking for.....

OK..so just go to Google and enter as website as you would. Just shove in LINZ and that should find it for you.

i cant find the layer that has this info? there are "nz property titles" but this excludes ownership

Register with Linz, you can play around with layers, but to see owners you need to request access. They grant it pretty fast, so when they do, put on layer "ownership and boundrys" I can't remember exact wording, then search address and click inside the boundry - box shows up with owner details.
