Hi there, can anyone please give me advice and tips on what I need to know before leasing a commercial property? Also what do I need to ask to the agent before signing a contract to lease the commercial property. It is my first time to look at commercial properties and I am not sure what else do I need to know besides the amount of rent and OPEX and the size of the building.
