Purchasing Property from Family under Market Value. Gifting?

Why overall as a family do you want to do this? Or even why do you want to do this?

- Give a benefit to one child and not the others?
- Why do you want to buy it if no rent? Or if there is rent, bound to be below market value etc. Does the rental actually work for you?
- Are you trying to dodge Rest home fees?
