Any LL Made a Complaint to Tenancy Compliance & Investigations?
The Tenancy Services Compliance and Investigations Team monitor and enforce compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (the Act).
How the team works
Where ongoing breaches are identified, the team uses a number of interventions and enforcement activities to make sure tenants comply with their obligations under the Act. This includes holding tenants to account, and requiring them to change their behaviour where necessary.

That's funny.
Or it would be if it wasn't so sad.
Any idea what that team costs each year?
How many staff are employed there?
How many bad landlords do they sort out each year?
Compare that with the number of tenants who get pinged for not paying their rent.
