Guarantor Agreement

Hi, Does anyone have a guarantor agreement form they would be willing to share with me?

If i add them as a tenant, am i able to leave the additional clause regarding the maxiumum number of residents at the property the same? i.e. We are looking to rent to Mum, Dad and their 2 children, with the maximum number of residents being 4. If i add the guarantor as a tenant, do i need to increase this to 5?

Also, i see on another thread you mention having "Jointly and severally" included on the agreement. Are you able to share an agreement where a guarantor has been added as a tenant and "Jointly and severally" have been used? Thanks.
