      In scale only. The Australian Housing Market, built on interest-only loans, is beginning to crack. It's going to be shocking to watch. When people prop up their incomes with false/market equity then only bad things can happen.

          So I said Brexit might be the Tipping point. But now, after this thing, Brexit will be far worse, and it's still to come.

            I feel Bris will rise to 9% in 2022 but Auck is pretty much the same as Melb/Syd in debt.

            We are 150% personal debt to GDP. Oh fudge, our GDP just stopped. Its ok we only oh money to banks, Jacinda will help. Wait, isnt China a lender and a main source of income. Oh double poop.

            We will be fine. NZ NEVER goes down :-)
